- Please refer attached the technical drawings of the Metal Garage 12×20 12×26 up to 12×32 which includes all internal and external dimensions per size.
- We suggest the Shed owner builds a Concrete foundation that will have additional 8 to 10 cm space from the unit as it will be easier during installation and also in usage.
- Below I have added the next floor perimeter and also by adding approx. 10 cm extra.

What Is a Rebated Concrete Floor for a Steel Garage Shed?
A rebated concrete floor is a concrete base with a shallow step (lowered channel) formed around the edges—usually at the doorway—so the steel garage sits slightly down into the concrete instead of on top of it.
Think of it as a built-in lip that the shed fits into.
