Recommended Shed Base Options

To ensure a stable, dry, and long-lasting installation, place your shed on one of the following:

1. Raised Concrete Pad – Sized exactly to your shed’s base footprint.
   Keeps the shed elevated and allows rainwater to drain away.   Exact Concrete Pad Size is  192×114 Cm  

2. Raised Paved Area – Built using 600 × 600 mm paving slabs, fitted tightly together.

3. Raised Timber Deck Area – A level, rigid platform ideal for quick installation.

👉 Always lay a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) under your shed base to prevent rising damp.

• Install on a dry, level, and solid surface — not soil, gravel, or tarmac.

• Avoid positioning doors towards prevailing south-westerly winds.
