By placing an order through our website www.CoolaLiving.ie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Your Status

You can enter into a binding contract.
You are at least 18 years old.
You are resident in Ireland and accessing our website from within Ireland.

3. Formation of Contract

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance. Your order is accepted only when we email an Order Acknowledgement confirming the Product is available for dispatch. The contract covers only the Products listed in that acknowledgment.

4. Our Status

We may act as an authorised agent for third-party suppliers. Where this applies, your contract is with that supplier and their terms apply. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content or services. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Consumer Rights & Cancellations

If you are a consumer, and the Products are unopened and unused, you may cancel within 7 working days of receipt.

Refunds are issued in line with our Refund Policy, less the actual cost of delivery and collection. Even where “Free Shipping” is advertised, shipping is a real cost incorporated in pricing:

Small cartons: €12 (incl. VAT)
Single pallet space: €70 (incl. VAT)
Steel sheds (double pallet): €140 (incl. VAT)
Holiday roof boxes: one pallet space (€70 incl. VAT)

To cancel, notify us in writing and return Products immediately in their original packaging and condition, at your cost and risk. If your order has been loaded or dispatched, cancellation charges may apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Availability & Delivery

Delivery: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Kerbside delivery only; drivers are not required to carry items into properties or through side gates.
Courier assistance is discretionary and not guaranteed.
We do not collect packaging (pallets, boxes, foam).
Sheds require team lifting and use of gloves and eye protection.

Delivery estimates are made in good faith (typically within 3 working days for in-stock items). We are not liable for delays due to weather, supply or transport issues. If redelivery is required due to failed receipt, a fee of up to €1/kg may apply.

Do not book installers until you have received and inspected your product.

7. Product Use, Safety & Self-Assembly

Garden Sheds & Outdoor Structures

Prepare a level, firm, obstacle-free base (e.g. concrete slab, patio paving, decking).
Ensure access and clearance for assembly and maintenance.
Securely anchor and weather-protect the structure.
Do not orient the main doors toward Ireland’s prevailing south-westerly winds.
Wear appropriate safety gear (gloves, long sleeves, eye protection).

Heaters & Approved Fuel

Read the manufacturer’s manual before use. Our mobile radiant and fan-assisted liquid-fuel heaters must be used only with approved ROLF (Reduced Odour Liquid Fuel) products. The recommended fuel is Qlima Spark in factory-sealed 20 L drums (odourless in operation, 25% renewable).

Store fuel sealed, dry, and secure.
Never use kerosene, road diesel, agri-diesel, petrol, alcohol, or methylated spirits.
Approved ROLF examples include Qlima Spark, Tosaine/Tozane, Toyotomi, Paraffin Extra.

Using incorrect fuel is hazardous and voids the warranty.

8. Risk & Title

Risk passes on delivery. Title transfers only after full payment (including delivery costs) is received.

9. Price & Payment

Prices include VAT and standard delivery unless noted. Prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch; we are not obliged to honour obvious errors. Payment is taken securely at the time of order.

10. Product Images

Images are illustrative. Colours, finishes, or minor details may vary. Accessories shown may not be included with standard models.

11. Inspection, Missing Parts & Damage

Inspect deliveries within 7 days and notify us of any missing or damaged parts. Components may be nested together. Replacement parts are dispatched promptly, subject to availability.

12. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 days of collection.
Photos of unopened packaging may be requested.
Returns must be in original, unopened packaging and suitable for transport.
Items showing assembly or weather exposure are not returnable unless faulty.

Where “Free Shipping” was advertised, actual delivery and collection shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount: €12 (small carton), €70 (single pallet), €140 (double pallet). Sheds delivered on the flat require 2 Pallets space on the truck. Faulty goods are refunded in full. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

13. Liability & Product Warranty

Products are warranted to be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product and excludes indirect losses (loss of income, business, profit, data, or wasted management time).

Manufacturer Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Complete and return the manufacturer’s warranty card within 3 weeks of purchase. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer via their helpline or website.

14. Communications

By using our website, you consent to receive communications electronically (email or website notices). Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written correspondence.

15. Notices

Notices are deemed received immediately if posted on our site, 24 hours after email dispatch, or 3 days after postal dispatch.

16. Transfer of Rights

You may not assign rights without our written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights at any time.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, flooding, transport disruption, strikes). Obligations are suspended during such events.

18. General Terms

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our rights. If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains effective. We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
